High-Back Executive Chair

• This part is the tension control for the speed of the tilt function. A heavier person would tighten this and a lighter person would need to loosen the tension. The single paddle on the mechanism operates both the rise and fall and the tilt functions. To tilt the chair the paddle should be pulled out to the side to release the lock, the chair will then tilt and be pushed back in to lock into position.
